Please bring $10 (for beef), your beverage of choice (There will likely be communal beer of some variety), and a healthy appetite.

If you haven't been before, the deal is, we cook and eat a whole cow. Chester will be working the kettle smokers, plus we have two gas grills for steaks. You are welcome to bring other meats/substitutes if beef is not to your liking.
